In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), any information that serves to make the identity of a natural person specific or identifiable is within the scope of personal data. As İSTE&İSTE, as Data Controller, we process your personal information in accordance with the law and in good faith for specific, clear and legitimate purposes in a limited, measured and purposeful manner. In this regard, we would like to inform you about the rights granted to you within the scope of KVKK.
Open Consent
Pursuant to KVKK, your personal data that you have shared with İSTE&İSTE via the website of İSTE&İSTE, our law office and other channels, in the capacity of Data Controller, within the framework explained in the KVKK; can obtain, record, store, preserve, update, change in order to continue its services, disclose, transfer, transfer, share, classify, anonymize and process in other ways listed in KVKK in cases and to the extent permitted by the legislation.
In this context, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data shared with İSTE&İSTE within the scope specified below in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation. In this case, your personal data will be processed only in the presence of exceptional circumstances listed in the KVKK and which do not require explicit consent, and within the scope of these exceptions.
Collection Method of Your Personal Data:
Your personal data is provided by you in order to provide services in accordance with your online consultancy requests and is stored in accordance with the relevant legislation. We collect your personal data as follows:
- Your information that you fill in electronically or physically,
- Contact forms on our websites that you fill in to contact us,
- Online consultancy applications, cookies used to recognize you, our mobile applications,
- Various contracts you have signed with us and all kinds of e-mails, requests, work orders, faxes and letters, information, documents and documents you have sent to us,
- Third natural and legal persons who process data on behalf of us or support our company at any stage of the consultancy process,
- Social media channels, Google etc. use of search engines,
- Membership agreements and other agreements, campaigns, applications, forms, offers, etc.
Pursuant to the methods mentioned above, your personal data, in case a contract is concluded with you, your data required for the conclusion of the contract and subsequent performance of the contract will be processed only based on this clarification text without your explicit consent, pursuant to Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK.
Transfer of Personal Data:
Your Personal Data, provided that adequate measures are taken within the framework of the security and privacy principles specified in the KVKK and the relevant legislation, to the administrative and official authorities that must be legally transferred, including but not limited to other relevant authorities and servers located in the country or abroad, due to the information technologies we use, and This can be transferred to the companies that provide server support, to domestic/foreign persons and institutions from which we receive physical server and/or cloud services, to our domestic or foreign resident business partners with whom we receive service and cooperate to carry out our activities, and to domestic and foreign third parties from whom service is received.
Personal Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be stored for 5 years in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. At the end of the relevant period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by İSTE&İSTE or upon your request.
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK;
- To learn which personal data of the data owner is processed by İSTE&İSTE,
- Obtaining information about the purpose of operation of the processed data,
- Learning the third parties to whom ISTE&İSTE transfers personal data in Turkey/abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- In case of request for correction, deletion or destruction of personal data; requesting the notification of the transactions made to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the data owner by analyzing the processed personal data exclusively through automated systems
- You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data.
