Kerem İPEK

Kerem İpek practices in the areas of employment and social security law, dispute resolution and enforcement law.

He graduated from Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law and began his legal practice following his admission to the Istanbul Bar.

Employment & Social Security Law

Employment and social security law constitute a significant part of Kerem’s practice. He advises companies on legal matters arising throughout the employment relationship, from its establishment to termination, including employment agreements, working conditions, termination procedures, employment-related claims and workplace disputes.

He is actively involved in litigation and mediation proceedings involving employers and has experience in matters concerning salary and wage claims, overtime, annual leave, severance and notice pay, as well as other employment-related claims.

A particular focus of his practice is the calculation and assessment of employment-related claims, the legal and technical review of expert reports, and disputes involving complex financial calculations.

Dispute Resolution

In addition to employment disputes, Kerem is involved in commercial and other private law disputes at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages.

He actively works on proceedings before Turkish courts, including the development of case strategy, preparation of pleadings and submissions, assessment of evidence, review of court-appointed expert reports and management of proceedings throughout the litigation process.

Enforcement & Private Law

Kerem also works on enforcement and bankruptcy matters, including the collection of receivables and the conduct of enforcement proceedings. His practice further includes private law disputes arising from consumer and family law matters.
