Hasan Murat SARIÇOĞLU

Hasan Murat Sarıçoğlu practices in the areas of commercial law, employment law, dispute resolution and mediation.

He graduated from Trakya University, Department of Business Administration, in 2005 and from Yalova University Faculty of Law in 2016. He was admitted to the Istanbul Bar in 2017. His academic background in both business administration and law provides him with a multidisciplinary perspective, particularly in advising on legal matters arising from companies’ commercial activities and employment relationships.

Commercial Law & Corporate Advisory

Murat advises companies operating across a range of sectors on legal matters arising from their commercial activities. His practice includes drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, assessing contractual risks and advising on private law matters arising from clients’ day-to-day business operations.

He is also involved in structuring commercial relationships from a legal perspective and assessing potential disputes at the pre-litigation stage.

Employment Law

Murat advises on a broad range of matters arising from individual and collective employment relationships, including employment agreements, the establishment and termination of employment relationships, employment-related claims and the management of workplace disputes.

He also represents and advises clients in employment litigation and mediation proceedings and is involved in the management of disputes from the pre-litigation stage through court proceedings.

Dispute Resolution & Mediation

Murat represents clients in private law disputes, with a particular focus on commercial and employment matters. He has experience in developing pre-litigation strategy and representing clients in proceedings before Turkish courts.

Alongside his legal practice, Murat also acts as a mediator. He is a Specialist Mediator in Employment Law and Commercial Law and is involved in the resolution of private law disputes through negotiation and mediation.
