Ceren DUMAN AYDIN
She works as an attorney at İste & İste Law Office.
She graduated from Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law in 2018 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2019.
She primarily focuses on assisting companies in achieving compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Her work in privacy compliance includes the assessment of data processing activities, preparation of privacy documentation (including notices and consent mechanisms), retention and disposal processes, contractual structuring of controller–processor relationships, cookie and digital marketing compliance, and cross-border data transfer assessments. She has completed advanced professional training in data protection and international privacy compliance.
She is involved in arbitration proceedings as tribunal secretary and as counsel. She is a member of Saadet Öğretmen Child Abuse Prevention Association (UCİM), Mor Çatı Women’s Shelter Foundation, Genç ISTAC, and Young ICCA. She is fluent in Turkish and English.
