Şerafettin İste graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1971. He began his legal career in Istanbul as a judicial candidate and subsequently served as a Public Prosecutor in Posof and Besni.

He later held senior judicial positions, serving respectively as President of the Assize Court and Justice Commission in Kilis, President of the Assize Courts in Afyon and Sakarya, President of the Istanbul State Security Court and Justice Commission, and President of the Istanbul Assize Court.

On 19 July 2004, he was elected as a Justice of the Court of Cassation (Yargıtay). On 8 July 2013, he was elected by the Grand General Assembly of the Court of Cassation as President of the 1st Criminal Chamber. He retired on 28 September 2014.

He currently serves as a criminal law consultant to İste & İste Law Firm.

Online görüşme yapılabilmesi için iletişim bilgilerinin doğru ve eksiksiz verildiğinden emin olmalısınız. Online görüşme esnasında hizmeti alan kişinin kimliğini ve danışmanlık ücretinin ödendiği kredi kartının gösterilmesi mevzuat gereği talep edilecektir. Bu nedenle online danışmanlık alınacağı gün ve saatte kimliğinizi ve ödemenin yapıldığı kredi kartının yanınızda olduğundan emin olunuz.
Kişisel verileriniz hiçbir şekilde tarafımızca kaydedilmeyecek olup, görüşme ile sınırlı kalacak ve sadece serbest meslek makbuzu oluşturulması ve hizmetin verildiğinin ispatı için gerekli süreler çerçevesinde gerekli veriler saklanacaktır.

2 - Ödeme Yapın:

Hukuki danışmanlık ücreti iş hukukuna dair danışmanlıklarda 45 dakika için KDV dahil 1.900TL, diğer hukuki konularda KDV dahil 3.900TL’dir. Sorunuzun araştırma için yeterli veriyi içermemesi halinde, tarafınızdan görüşme öncesi daha detaylı bilgi talep edilebilecektir. Ücretlendirme, İstanbul Barosu’nun Avukat-VekilEden Arasındaki En Az Ücret Çizelgesi dikkate alınarak oluşturulmuş olup, İste & İste Avukatlık Bürosu’nun ücret miktarını dilediği zaman değiştirme hakkı saklıdır.

3 - Randevunuzu Oluşturun:

Ödeme yapmanızın ardından 12 saat içerisinde tarafımızca aranacak ve karşılıklı olarak uygun gün ve saat için randevunuz oluşturulacaktır.

How does the system work?

1 - Describe your legal problem:

In the "Explain the legal issue" section of the form on the payment page, you state your legal problem in a maximum of 1000 characters. If the expert lawyer who will examine your legal problem does not find what you have told sufficient, he or she will ask you additional questions and obtain the necessary information from you to solve the case.
In order to issue an invoice, the personal information of the credit card holder must be provided accurately and completely. However, each person has the right to hide his/her own problem, and sometimes there is a possibility to ask questions that are not related to himself/herself (for example, about his/her friend). In this case, you can indicate that you do not want to say who your question is about. In order to make an online interview, you must make sure that the contact information is correct and complete. In accordance with the legislation, it will be requested to show the identity of the person receiving the service and the credit card for which the consultancy fee is paid during the online interview. For this reason, make sure that you have your identity card and the credit card from which the payment was made on the day and time of the online consultation..
Your personal data shall not be recorded by us in any way, it will be limited to the interview, and only the necessary data will be stored within the period required for the creation of a self-employment receipt and proof of the provision of the service.

2 - Make payment:

During sending the questionnaire, you must read and accept your service contract, and then pay the consultancy fee via a reliable online credit card system. It should be noted that the credit card system used has SSL infrastructure and is considered among the most secure internet technologies for now.
Legal consultancy fee is 1.900 TL including VAT for 45 minutes in consultancy on business law, 3.900 TL including VAT on other legal matters. If your question does not contain sufficient data for research, more detailed information may be requested from you before the interview. The remuneration has been established by taking into account the Minimum Fee Schedule of the Istanbul Bar Association between the Lawyer and the Attorney, and Iste & Iste Law Office reserves the right to change the fee amount at any time.

3 - Create Your Appointment:

After your payment, we will call you within 12 hours and an appointment shall be arranged for the mutually appropriate day and time.
