Ayyüce MADEN

Ayyüce Maden; practices in the areas of dispute resolution, employment law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, and private law matters.

She graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2023. She is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Private Law at Istanbul University.

Dispute Resolution

Ayyüce is involved in the assessment and management of pre-litigation matters and court proceedings concerning commercial, employment and other private law disputes.

She actively works on litigation before Turkish courts, including legal and case law research, preparation of pleadings and submissions, assessment of evidence, and management of proceedings throughout the litigation process.

Employment Law & Enforcement

Ayyüce advises on matters arising from employment relationships and is involved in employment disputes, mediation proceedings and related advisory work.

She also works on enforcement and bankruptcy matters, including the collection of receivables, enforcement proceedings based on judgments and other enforceable instruments, ordinary enforcement proceedings, and disputes arising in connection with enforcement processes.

Corporate Advisory

Alongside her dispute resolution practice, Ayyüce is involved in advising companies on legal matters arising from their day-to-day operations. Her work includes corporate and commercial law, contract law and various private law matters arising from clients’ business activities.
