Iste & Iste is an independent Istanbul-based law firm advising and representing companies on strategic matters arising from an evolving legal, commercial and regulatory landscape.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We advise domestic and international companies across a broad range of areas, including corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution and arbitration, technology, data and artificial intelligence, energy and infrastructure, projects and public-private partnerships, capital markets, regulatory and compliance matters, real estate and public law.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We approach legal matters not only from a legal or disputes perspective, but also in the context of our clients\u2019 business models, industries, operations and commercial objectives<\/strong>. Particularly in technology, energy and mobility, automotive, healthcare and medical devices, infrastructure, financial services and other regulated sectors, our approach combines legal expertise with a strong understanding of sector dynamics.<\/p>\n

We do not view advisory, transactional, regulatory and dispute resolution work as separate disciplines. From structuring an investment or commercial decision and negotiating contracts to navigating regulatory requirements and resolving potential disputes, we aim to maintain the same strategic perspective throughout the different stages of a matter.<\/strong><\/p>\n
