Iste & Iste advises and represents companies doing business with public authorities on public procurement, public contracts and administrative law matters.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In public procurement matters, we support clients throughout the process, from reviewing tender documents and eligibility requirements to bid and contracting stages, as well as administrative challenges against procurement decisions and disputes before the Turkish Public Procurement Authority and administrative courts. We assess public-private sector relationships not only from the perspective of procurement legislation, but also in light of the project\u2019s commercial structure and contractual risks.<\/p>\n

In administrative law matters, we advise on permits, licences, regulatory inspections, administrative sanctions and other administrative actions affecting our clients\u2019 operations. We represent clients in applications before administrative and regulatory authorities, as well as in annulment actions and full remedy actions before administrative courts.
