Due to this ease of access, individuals lose control over their data and face risks such as misuse of their data.<\/p>\n<p>The right to protection of personal data is a constitutional right against the non-consensual use of personal data of individuals by real or legal persons. With the adoption of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (\u201cKVKK\u201d), a new era has been entered in our country, and the aforementioned Law protects the citizens with certain rights against the natural and legal persons that it defines as data controllers, while it also imposes certain limits and obligations on data controllers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>As Iste Iste Law Firm, in order to provide our clients with the process of complying with the KVKK:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Determination and analysis of the obligations of the clients within the scope of KVKK,<\/li>\n<li>In the process of establishing the data recording systems that the clients should use in order to fulfill the relevant obligations, the establishment of the internal structure, preparation of the inventories, the management of the VERBIS registration process, the taking\/development of security measures by providing the necessary cooperation with the IT departments and the compliance of the data recording systems currently in use with the obligations under the KVKK.
